Upon arriving, the warm welcome is genuine and direct. It was a Sunday so the jam session was underway. Local players are world class and invited me to play drums immediately. Later I enjoyed the loaded seafood chowder, my wife had the oysters which are well known around the world. Well worth the meandering drive gown the old Island Highway. View all feedback.

the service was very good. the chowder not so much. it was not creamy, it was grayish in the color and obviously overcooked as the cream had roasted. they gave us the half of the chowder and the server brought it back to the table when we think we want. because the manager wouldn't take it out of the bill.
