This experience was a 5, just got the seasonal tropical smoothie (pineapple, passion fruit, cherries). It was actually flavorful. The reason its a 4 (at least the 13th ave location this applies to since I usually go to that one more often) is sometimes the smoothie flavors are bland and don't really taste like youd expect if they have flavor at all, it's like they add to much ice or not enough of the other ingredient...
