"Great place if all you want is a basic bagel. Bagels are so good on their own but I always get the Vegan Special which is a bagel with cream cheese and fresh veggies on it. Veggies are always ripe and crisp and flavorful. They 're generous with the spreads and toppings. I reccomend the garlic bagel and rosemary bagel but all that I 've tried are great. Lines are always long on weekends so I reccomend ordering ahead of time online (which will likely have 1st availability for pickup an hour out). Kind of annoying that it 's time consuming for a bagel but... honestly still worth it. Usuallt fully staffed with all hands on deck, they are all nice and work hard to keep things efficient. I was impressed when I ordered in store last time as the worker put on a new pair of gloves and was meticulous while making my sandwich with care. Would definitely be better if we had some vegan egg/sausage/cheese type options but cream cheese will do for now. They also have fresh fruit cups, coffee, juices, kombuchas, etc. available for purchase."

"It was lunchtime, but it was just pure chaos in there. I couldn't hear what one of them said, and that wasn't just me. I didn't even get what I ordered when I went to check out the girl was barely attentive, I could go without paying and they wouldn't have noticed. it only felt very chaotic, there was paper on sandwiches that I found a little rough, they were out ordering with the line. it was a little busy, but there were enough employees. 2 stars because my sandwich was still good, it wasn't even what I ordered."
