The Canton Michigan store is horrible on getting your food to you. We have been sitting in the delivery zone one for 35 minutes. Someone needs to take care of this problem. $40.87 for food that will probably be cold when we get it. View all feedback.
White castle 040015. I would have given a minus 10000 if possible, the crew and management need serious people skills!! I went there to get a crave case and left when I found out there was a man in line waiting 11/2 hours for 2 hamburgers there was also 5 o other customers waiting and all they did was get all the drive thru cars, door dash and the so called manager was to say they were busy!!! I understand busy I also understand that they wanted to keep there precious time in the drive thru perfect, the hell with the lobby!!! There was 9 people behind the counter at least 2 could have paid attention to the lobby, better off at McDonald's at least they pay attention to everyone will never go back or recommend to anyone to waste your time at that white castle!! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME EVER!!!!
Been sitting in the drive thru 20 minutes still not up to place my order, but can’t get out of line. Worst service for a drive thru I have ever experienced.
Ordered from Ford road in Canton, MI last night (11/28/2020). Ordered at 9:50 through their website. Pickup time was listed at 10:36. Ordered the Tyson/R.J. Jr. Fight and expected to be back at my house by 11:00 as I live a short distance away. When I arrived, there were about 15 vehicles in the drive through. After about 15 minutes of waiting, not one care had received their food. When I tried to knock on the door, no one answered. When I tried to call, no one answered. I had my friend back at the house call the corporate number which they would not refund without confirmation of no food pickup. They did not care that the food was about to be an hour past due. Longer story shortened, I finally got to the window at 11:40 seeing that only one kind lady was working the entire location. I felt horrible and was understanding. This still does not excuse the fact that I waited in the drive through for over 1 hour, missed the fight I ordered for $50 and I couldn't pull off because I pre-paid $100 worth of food. The woman on the phone when I called did not care how long I had been waiting. Did not offered a refund or a voucher for a later date. Wanted me to jump through hoops to get back my money even thought it was 100% on them. I will not be coming back nor ordering from here ever again and will be spreading the word.

We find that the add for your rings is a total waist everytime we hear it we just change the station it is d and a take off of a shopping channel cant you come up with a original add or are your writers to d to we and a lot of our friends stopped buying your product
