"I think I've been impressed with this restaurant every time I've come in. I make it in not that often but each trip has been memorable. This time I had to try the Coo Chee spaghetti with beef. It's not something I'm ever heard of before is a dish but it was outstanding! I think the restaurant made the right choice pairing red curry sauce with spaghetti noodles instead of ramen. The heavier spaghetti noodles held up better to the strong flavorful curry. I even asked for an extra order of ramen with the leftover Curry sauce. It was good but not the same as the spaghetti. My only recommendation would be to put more spaghetti noodles in the dish!"

"We'd been to Chaco canyon all day looking at ruins. On our way to Shiprock, we decided to spend the night in Farmington. We just Googled Mexican food and decided on this place. Small, out of the way place but easy to find. The business was a little slow (time of day) so we got seated and served pretty quickly. I was really impressed with how good the food was! When asked if I wanted red or green, I chose Christmas(both sauces). DELICIOUS. I've got a favorite place in Albuquerque, now I have a favorite in Farmington. Enjoy!
