"This was a case of a bad experience turned into one who tried for the bad experience. I can't say I'm completely satisfied, but the efforts of the young woman on the counter to make things right have been appreciated. Very appreciated. It does not take away the bad experience as it still happens, but their efforts are really thoughtful and good customer service. I order dinner for my family of 3 with an order period of 6:05pm (online order). It said delivery time from 7:05. At 7:20, I tried to call the restaurant a few times. No answer. The phone rings and rings. I decide to pick up the dinner from somewhere else, but take a route that will happen to Macs. I see the restaurant and the open sign in the window. I park and go in. Wait... I tried to sit in the spot that looks right into the restaurant. No one answers. Only rings and rings. Maybe her phone doesn't work. There was 1 person in front of me, but the hostess came up after a few minutes and greeted me. I said it is now an hour and 40 minutes, I tried to call without answer, etc. But... as she asked me my name, she goes to the orders and mine is unstarted on the ground. The restaurant is not busy. I took pictures. I have no idea... maybe the timing is everything and I showed up in a quiet time. I ask the young woman to shorten my delivery fee and she offers me an additional discount that is estimated. After waiting for my order to be completed, she apologizes for the inconvenience to have to show up, wait time, etc. That was nice of her. When I get the food home... it was delicious!! I can't say 2 hours waiting time delicious, but sooooo good."

"The hardest thing about the menu is the decision to order what! Everything was described on a T in the menu and the mouth watered as I read it. The portions were very generous and the prices were on site. All we ordered was fantastic. The baklava was also very good. The waitress was like a big sister, so helpful and cleaned to the guests. We loved the fireplace in the front dining room! I can't wait to return. found it on Trip Advisor and each rating was 100% accurate."
