What Keith Copal doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
I am extremely disappointed by the early closure of the restaurant without any notification, especially when there are still customers in line. On my recent visit, I had to wait over 15 minutes for a quarter pounder with only ketchup, which was made incorrectly. Despite my patience, the mistake was not rectified.
