Lovely venue, and it was a cold night with snow just starting, so the open fires were a cheering and welcome attraction. We visited primarily because this venue not only has a vegan menu but the vegan meals are also properly nutritious ie not just a meat or vegetarian dish and they 've taken away the meat/dairy/eggs. The venue is nice in a lovely rural setting. The food is fine however overpriced. There was noting wrong with my steak and I have been four times as it is on my doorstep however after last weeks visit I would say it was average. This is such a shame as it could be so good.
