Excellent vibe for a post dinner drink with friends, excellent drinks, we particularly loved the cider and traditional post dinner drink that is specific to the region, made from a mix of almond and apricot pits, and topped off with lemon. Highly recommended if in Faro. View all feedback.

"We came here about 6PM on a Sunday and were able to get a table I highly recommend booking in advance as they really don't take walk ins but we were lucky and they were able to accommodate us after a bit of discussion in the back of the house. I think they are set up to only seat each table once over the night so they can provide a great experience for everyone. There is no set menu and even the menu on the door was not exactly what they were serving still even with a picky eater we were able to find things and had a tough time choosing it was all very interesting. The chef comes out and explains everything to you and she does this for each table making it a very personal experience which is cool. Her husband (who is French) also cooks (I think) and brings out some of the items and was very friendly. The waiter was also very good. For starters we had the pork Bahn Mi this was very tasty. Also had the smoked cod carpaccio I was a bit disappointed with this it had a very nice presentation with a dome of smoke but the fish itself was rather dull and did not get any of the smoke flavor from it. For the meals we had the Beef Tenderloin and I was happy with it not the best steak I ever had but good. We also had the pasta Fagottini stuffed with cheese and pair it was very tasty. For desert we got the creme brulee and a cheese board both were very good. Overall the food was good and I would come back. The service and experience make it well worth it and for 50 a person its a bargain for good well made fresh food."
