"While in Knoxville on business, I found Benefit Your Life GF Bakery and Cafe completely by accident. Unfortunately, they were already closed for the day so I had to wait until the next morning to give it a try. It was completely worth the wait and I will be going back as often as I am able. As someone who is unable to eat gluten, I was amazed by the taste and texture of the many items I purchased. Anyone who has eaten most GF baked goods can tell you that the taste and texture is usually not that appealing. Not the case at BYL! The wildberry scones, vanilla pound cake, brownies, chocolate chip cookie and cinnamon bun were all top notch. Thank you so much for making GF baked goods so well!"

"Dead End BBQ recently catered our daughter’s wedding reception. We couldn’t have asked for better service. The food was delicious, our friends are still talking about how good everything tasted. The wait staff and food service was top notch! They even boxed up any leftover food prepared take away boxes for the bride and groom.
