What R B “The Reverend” Langston doesn't like about Lisa's Barbeque:
The okra was cold, the BBQ chicken sandwich was served at room temperature, the cole slaw was good. When placing my order I asked for the BBQ special. Man if you are in Fayette,Al this is where you should be eating. The smoked chicken plate!!! Honestly worth every penny!!!

"While working a long day out of town, I happen to stumble upon this small hometown bbq joint and couldn’t pass it up without a try. The prices were very reasonable. (perhaps even below average) I ordered the large pork sandwich with fries sweet tea. The wait was about ten minutes as all fried food is made to order. (I can respect that) I was very impressed with the serving size! The sandwich was huge and fries spilled off the plate. I ordered my sandwich all the way with pickles slaw. When it comes to bbq, I would consider myself quite the critic. This was hands down the best bbq sandwich that I have had in a very long time!!! They have a house mustard sauce which I absolutely loved. Mustard sauce is kinda rare in our area and these folks have perfected it! If I had to criticize one thing it would be the cheap frozen crinkle fries. When you’re turning out meat as good as they are, it should be complemented by a fresh cut steakhouse fry. I will make it a point to stop by every time I’m in the area."
