El Ranchero has great prices and their service is positive.
We tried this place on a Sunday night, fairly early They were not slammed and didn't seem under-staffed, but service was still very slow.

"It’s been a while since I’ve had Tropical Smoothie because it’s not really a place that comes to mind for lunch. But dude, I’ve forgotten how good it is. The flatbread sandwiches hit the spot and my acai berry smoothie thing was a perfect combo. I’m going to hit this place up more often."

"Believe it or not, this was my first time here. Definitely a New York diner with a southern flare menu and food. The service was fast and efficient. Because of the size of our party and not want to wait, the host asked if I wanted to sit outside on the covered terrace, and I agreed. If they had given five stars, but the dumpster must be very close to the terrace and with it 96° in Fayetteville this morning, the smell put a damper on the experience. I'm not sure what could be done (high performance fans? But if you? sitting people out, maybe somehow arrange for the smell of garbage not to be so overpowered."

"Had the ginger glazed salmon with peas and rice, green beans and candy Yams and my friend had ox beans and rice with Mac and cheese we also shared a chicken pattie everything was perfect prices very affordable cooked and the service was great I definitely return and recommend to my friends"
