Baked by Kori is the most frustrating bakery I have tried to buy from. No one answers the phone, so we have to drive 20 miles (one way) to see if there is sour dough bread available. Then we have to drive 20 miles back home empty-handed. Why a bakery won't answer a phone is beyond me. It is also hard to understand why a bakery doesn't make its own bread. "The house-made Paccheri was delicious, although the pasta was slightly undercooked. Nonetheless, it was still a delightful experience. We had chicken gizzards for our appetizer, and we savored every bite of it. The atmosphere of the place was serene and cozy, with a well-stocked bar. "Kid at the front doesn't understand that some people sit where they want. Got that straight and the food was excellent the service better. 60 miles from here to there plus 60 miles back. That being said we plan to visit once or twice a month. Maybe more. Get the rice (it's enough for 2) then get what you want to put on top. We had the pepper steak. Excellent food and service.
