"We had a very nice time at Cheers at the OPO. Beautiful location inside the old post office (OPO). We found there weren’t as many vegan items as advertised on Happy Cow but for Sunday brunch we were still satisfied and full. We both got the hash skillet and I also got a dinner salad with no cheese. Our waiter was very kind. We would eat here again!"

"Twice last month I ordered petit fours for birthday parties for my children. the first time I ordered 36 (which is not cheap through each stretch). I told them I wanted the glittering and glittering. she likes to sparkle! when I took up the four, there was no glitter or sparkling. I asked the girl and she said it was there and I explained that I couldn't even see it. could I get more? she told me I could, but I had to go back to the line, and it would be at least an hour. no time, so I didn't have four with sparkles. fast forward in the month. I spoke with the custom designer at rick’s for a significant time, asked for rainbow on the competition four for my 4 year birthday. I explained that they were rainbow loves and the thema of my party rainbows. this time I ordered 30 petit four. I came a few hours before the party and imagine my surprise and frustrations when I had competition four that just came out of the case with absolutely no hint on a rainbow. I asked the girl where the rainbows were, and she told me it was not included in the order. she told me they could take her and put her rainbow on her, but it would take at least one hour. there was no sense of urgency, repentance or every attempt to make him right. she said good that you didn't pay for the rainbow because she didn't have it included in the order I would like to pay for the rainbow. but what I really liked was even a note that someone took care that it was important to me that the competition four are what I ordered. there was no one! these were expensive and there was no offer for any kind of compensation at all. I didn't want my money back or even a part of my geld back what I wanted was that they realized that they disappointed about a 4 year old little girl who wanted to rainbow on her four and do something to fix it. there was not even an apology. they would have looked less. I grew up in fayetteville. I've been a customer at rick’s bakery for many years, like those in my family. I expect more. I have to think long and hard before I get back to this position. so disappointing. not the quality or the customer service I expected."
