I got a crabcake from here. Before purchasing I asked was it lump meat. The gentleman who works behind the cashier register says it's crab meat. I asked I know but lump or back fin. He said it's regular crab meat. I asked about the steam bag and made a purchase of both items. The steam bag I got was shrimp and it was overcooked. The crabcake was claw meat and a lot of shell.
