What Delia Torres doesn't like about European Wax Center:
Well the girl in the front counter with grey hair I believe she is new because I never seen her before and she said I have a 9 minute grace period my appointment was a 5:30pm I got here at 5:39pm and she said she couldn’t take me in and she also lied and said that when I call it goes to the call center!
