What User doesn't like about New York Vinny's Pizza:
This is my first time ordering from here. Even with a $10 first order discount, my 18-inch Supreme Pizza ended up costing almost $27. I was very disappointed to find that it did not have olives, and only had a small amount of onion and green pepper. It's almost like a regular pizza, and the taste was just okay. Ordered through Uber Eats. Ordered an XXL pizza, received a large pizza. Called and talked to someone. He said they ran out of XXL. Still got charged for a XXL. He was like to bad so sad. No compensation or nothing. Where has customer service gone!! It's too bad. The pizza was good but over priced. Especially when you don't get what you paid for.

It's edible. We got a 14 pep, lots of grease and it tasted like gas station pizza. It's definitely food.
Unfortunately, on 3-17 and 3-19, the same male staff member at Vinny's attempted to add his own tip to my purchase without my consent, claiming it was a glitch. Then, on the second occasion, myself and my mother became sick after it was discovered that dish soap had been added to our pizza. This was not food poisoning or an allergic reaction, but a deliberate poisoning by Vinny's staff. I have no idea why this occurred, and I am concerned that the management will not address this ongoing issue. I have experienced negative interactions with the local police and have faced harassment from the staff at Vinny's, including drive-by incidents and false information being given about my address. Even though I attempted to address these issues with a manager, I have not seen any resolution. The fact that the cashier responsible for robbing customers is still employed is troubling. I caution others against patronizing Vinny's as long as the owner allows this behavior to continue. I fear that if this behavior is not stopped, it may escalate to the use of more dangerous chemicals in customers' food.
The pizza at this restaurant is amazing, and the service is top-notch. The other employees could definitely learn a thing or two from the gentleman with black glasses. I will make sure to find out his name next time I visit. It would be helpful if the management invested in small bags to carry sauces and small drinks, as we don't always remember to bring our own. Despite this, I will definitely be back.
