I used to hate this store because of the horrible customer service but I have to say that things have tremendously improved in the last couple of years and the employees are wonderful, very helpful, friendly. I love the Safeway app, I save so much money because of the coupons I receive through the app for items that I personally buy. Was trying to ask whether cultured milk is available now but the lady in self checkout dismissed me, felt so bad and am from all the way from Puyallup, Washington to Federal way. Can't go back there anymore View all feedback.
