Taco Time Nw - Federal Way

Food was good and hot, but they are stingy on sauce. We ordered 5 things and were given 2 sauces. When I mentioned I have 4 burritos the guy (Eric) was not friendly about it. Then after eating our burritos we realized they didn't give us the salsa that was part of the chips and salsa. I'm not going back in for the salsa for the chips. For $5-6 a burrito and $3 for chips and salsa we should have been given the correct amount of sauce based on their rule on the sign.

Taco Time always gives a quality experience, but this one excelled. The staff were friendly and we felt very welcomed, and they even put some extra touches on our order. I am not the kind of person to leave reviews but they definitely earned it here.

Wondering why the exact same order from the store in Tukwila is $6.58 and the store on Enchanted Parkway Federal WAY is $8.57….Crisp pinto bean burrito, small order of mexi-fries. I could understand a few cents…..but $1.99?

This is the first time I've had a bad meal at Taco Time. The Mexi fries were cold and tasted old. The chicken soft taco had nothing fresh in it. There was no lettuce, tomato, and the fresh chicken???was in some kind of weird sauce. I hope this is not the new norm. The only numbers my receipt has 30112 and my cashier was Eric.

Clean, great and friendly staff, quality food, but OMG is it expensive. I had the exact meal at Taco Time NW yesterday in the Bellingham area and the price of my Classic Burrito Veggie was $3 more and only 1 hot sauce is allowed at this store. It’s disappointing because the sauce is a big part of why I choose and enjoy Taco Time. I’ve been coming to TT for years because of the quality food vs other fast food. I understand we are all in a post Covid environment with elevated staffing and food costs. We miss the self serve hot sauce….
