Thanks to the Passport Gourmand, my husband and I discovered this quaint restaurant. Lovely decorations and intimate ambiance. All tables were filled by 12:40 on a Sunday. I chose the menu de jour, tartare du crabe with vegetables, followed by magret du canard a l’orange. My husband chose noix St.Jacques with lentilles followed by choucroute de poissonnière. What Eugène Bouvier doesn't like about Le Bruchrhein:
having come with a menu chosen in advance I can hardly extasier myself in front of a particular dish, the entrance was very good, the pintade nothing extraordinary and the dessert either. on the other hand service at the pas de course barely finished the aperitif that the entrance was already served, idem for the next. read more.
