I booked afternoon tea through the hotels website 1 week was in advance for a birthday treat. The hotel did not have our booking. The lack of internet was blamed but temporary arrangements should have been made. Open table was also blamed. Service was slow and poor. Great chef though. Will not be returning. View all feedback.
