What Andy D likes about Costa Coffee:
My wife and I visited here with our granddaughter and dog. We sat outside, and a member of staff very kindly filled up a dog bowl with water for us. The same member of staff then bought our drinks out when they were ready. This all made being out with a child and a dog much easier. Our drinks were good and overall a relaxing pleasant stop during our afternoon. It was great to experience such good customer service. View all feedback.

Don’t get me wrong, the drinks themselves can’t be flawed, but the service that me and my sister had today was very poor. We ordered 2 takeaway drinks, one frostino and one hot chocolate, it took around 10 minutes to actually get our drinks in hand from ordering. The restaurant also offers the possibility to sit outside and eat and drink in pleasant weather, and there is a dining room with chairs/tables. A counter with bar stools is available.
