Terrible customer service skills from the owner needs to work on how he speaks and manages customers. Know this time of year is challenging by there still is a way to behalf. Routing tables without aggression would be a perfect start to his re-training. The waiter with the moustache should train the owner as his quality of service would have given a five star rating.
