The dumplings are ok. Small size. Pork and chive lacked seasoning. I was dependent on vinegar and chilli oil to boost flavor and thankfully the chilli is decent. The Beijing sauce pork was very authentic just Iike how it was done back in my hood. A pleasant surprise. Chow mien was Al dente. Very good texture with tender beef and crunchy veg.
