Located not far from Redfern station, Fern St Eatery is a great little cafe that opens 7 days a week. We started with coffee and it was amazing (from The Little Marionette). For the main dishes we chose The Fern Street Beef Burger and Fish Tacos. The burger was simple but done right. The patty was thick and perfectly cooked and the fries were crispy and yum. I ate at this establishment today and ordered poached eggs on toast. After l started eating the second eggs l encounted a bad taste in my mouth and looked at the egg and noticed the yoke was a cloudy strange colour. I pointed this out to the management but they were in denial about any problem with the dish. So no apology and no compensation.
