It 's a traditional Hokkien dish aside from pig stomach, there were also pork ribs/cartilage in there, which had been stewed to a good tenderness. And a trademark of the dish is that the soup is very peppery makes a good belly warmer for a cold winter 's night or early spring night, in this case).<br/ <br/ Complimentary dessert was guilinggao 龟苓膏 tortoiseshell jelly) which was a little different from the usual and I liked it and also the standard plate of sliced oranges.<br/ <br/ All up, it was a satisfying dinner and we wouldn 't mind coming back again."

"I like how Cabramatta restaurants don’t have restricted or unreliable hours like some similar suburbs. You can get pork rolls 24 hours and if you want chicken and noodles at 9am, there are plenty of options. Tan Viet was a great option for me tender chicken with perfect crispy skin. No real cheap options but I got a large bowl of noodles with it plus soup and sprouts, so it was a lot of food for the price. The service is rough and shouty but very efficient."
