I'd give a zero if there was an option! I have a crustaceans allergy and I specifically told them no prawns/shrimps in the fried rice, I even repeated it. The guy onnthe phone even confirmed it with the kitchen (i heard it on the phone) Got the food home and later that night had to be rushed to the hospital with an serious allergy reaction.
