"I really wish this didn't happen, but during dinner rush the cook went on his iPhone (before restaurants customers) and stayed there for a few minutes. After completion, he took a handful of noodles and threw them into the pot of boiling water. Then he went back to the cutting board. No hand wash. I won't go back with this serious look. It is an unavoidable supervision when handling food. Hygiene is paramount."

"Me and my family had a great time at Fusion yesterday. It?s THE BEST authentic Indian and Kerala restaurant in Guelph. Amazing ambiance, great customer service and the most important thing the TASTE is delicious to say the least. Egg curry (mappas) with parotha was the best we had. Egg curry was simply wow. Great to have found this place. We will definitely be coming back regularly."

"I am going out on a limb and basing my judgement of Balzac's Guelph coffee shop on an on-line picture but more importantly on this morning's brilliant surprise when I sampled for the first time the Balzac's blend via a Keurig K-cup from my Keurig 2.0 machine. I was gobsmacked!This was without a doubt the finest cup of coffee I have ever brewed on my Keurig and far exceeds even the Starbuck's blends, many of which I enjoy.Being a decades long coffee enthusiast I can reasonably extrapolate that any blend which can produce such a satisfying cup of coffee from a humble K-cup would undoubtedly serve up a superlative experience of great coffee fresh brewed by a trained barista in a beautifully designed and outfitted coffee shop. Bravo! I look forward with great anticipation to my first visit to your facility."

"I was in Guelph in 2012 quite a bit for work and discoverd Einsteins. It was my go to place for creative, imaginative and all around excellent food.I am back visiting and took my wife and her cousin/ hubby for dinner, hoping it was still as good. It was, and everyone loved it. One of the many things I loved about Einstein was the amazing soups that you cannot get anywhere else. Last night the carrot corriander soup was right up there with the best.We started with warm cornbread which was killer. Prime rib special was amazing ask for horseradish, it is homemade and special. Wife and cousin had sweet potato quesadilla and loved them.Our server Kay was great and ran after us when we left without our boxes of food. My wife commented how the prices seemed very reasonable and after seeing huge portions and quality she was more impressed.We were stuffed and were going to take carrot cake to go but sadly they were out. All in aĺl it was like visiting an old friend and realizing we are still best pals.Too bad we live so far away."

"Very nice clean well stocked store. Fresh mostly organic veggies. Decent prices. They serve excellent pizza and various super yummy sandwiches, especially Al Capone sandwich. Lots of local people shop there for groceries."
