Only recently we discovered Birmingham Chocolate. The best, I have encountered in my 10 years in Michigan. The chocolates reminded me of Melbourne's Koko Black Chocolates. In Michigan, this is one of the very few chocolate shops I found, that makes real hot chocolate, and not the syrup hot chocolate . Superior chocolates, superior presentation, and superior service.
