"Blue toque is in the top quality of restaurants in Fernie. a creative mix between cozy brunch spot and Asian fusion; they will be impressed every time. also the cocktails and mocktails are wonderful. "We had a group dinner people) and one couple had to send back their food as it was cold (not even lukewarm). After we had left a few other members of our table expressed that they also realize their food wasn’t served warm but...had already started and didn’t want to voice their concerns. I understand that a group of can have varying preparation times but the restaurant wasn’t overly busy so this was a bit shocking to us. The returned plates did come back appropriately and the staff were very helpful and friendly"

"It was a neat place with a lot of local flare. Kind of rustic with animals on the wall along with ski stuff. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Burgers and sweet potato fries were good. Another had the wings and felt they weren't anything outstanding. Appears to be some night life there but it was a Tuesday and seemed to be filled with locals. Nice spot for casual dinner. I understand they have a great breakfast buffet on Sundays. Stop in."
