Nothing is worse than 10 hours on the Autoroute so I always try to find a little place off the beaten track within 5-10 km of an exit. This place is a GEM!!! Full of local fishermen and right on the canal and lakes, the food was hearty, very well cooked and with a lot of choice. Also incredibly good value. We stopped here while waiting for the Lock Master to open the bridge for us to pass under. It's very unpretentious from the outside and there are plenty of locals inside enjoying the vibe and the cuisine. We opted for the Meal of the Day which gave us several choices of entree, main and desert. The price was fixed at 13.9EU per person. We are very satisfied: the service is very efficient and user-friendly. The dishes served are copied. Family atmosphere. We had lunch for a few years now during the fishing season.
Good reception service is very varied dining options to take the pleasant surrounding remains!
