We stayed in Malga Zanga one week and it was the best vocation we ever had! We suggest to try all plates made by chef Andrea who prepared every evening delicious local food, polenta with melted cheese and mushrooms, home made pasta- tagliatelle with tomatoes, grilled meat, and fabulous pan a cotta made from fresh milk!!!
