It is a short but exhausting hike from Jungfraujoch to the hut, especially when the snow is asleep. Value it for the views and feeling of perfection. The return migration is much easier as it is mostly downhill. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Monchsjochhutte:
(This is not a hotel review, but a cafe review. Entering the place requires to put on some inconvenient crocodiles instead of your own shoes. This is disgusting, especially to know how widespread foot diseases are in Switzerland. I think they should give slippers or plastic shoe covers once. The hike to the square is beautiful and worthwhile, although.
