Just pass this restaurant up. The employees are uncommunicative at best and flat out rude at worst. Every time I go in there they are complaining about how busy they are. Every single time. They don't take coupons and they are about $2 more expensive than other Subways in the area. Not to mention they run out of things like cucumbers and pickles on a regualar basis. Just as expected with Subway. Fast and consistent service.
I saw 4 customers, including myself, wait several minutes in line to order while the ONE person working assisted a young man on how to use the Subway app on his phone. We all eventually WALKED OUT to find lunch elsewhere. I'm pretty sure I heard another employee in the back, but they never came out. No one ever acknowledged our presence. Are Subways sandwich makers also their IT department? It's costing you business, Subway!!
The sandwich was delicious and the staff super friendly.
Hours on the door say open until 7pm, but it’s locked and all lights are off at 6:15pm.
