Contribute FeedbackA super dining experience with da Burda at Il Palagina with thanks to Manager Mattia and Chef Eros. The location is astounding and the food even surpasses that; for starters I had steak tartare with mustard grain, mains was grilled chicken served on a bed of rocket with piccolo tomatoes. Desert what else could you try when in Italy but Tiramisu. The tartare was delicate with just a hint of mustard to give an overall outstanding flavou The chicken could have been grilled in the heavens, so simple so light yet full of flavour. The desert, oh my God, and while the Nonna may not have approved of the modern presentation she would have been happy with the super flavour. Definitely in my top 5 ever eaten! The wines chosen by Mattia who is also a sommelier were perfect for the dishes. The Rosé a Fugnano and the red from Signore del Greppo nobile di Montepulciano The espresso at the end did not disappoint
The place is amazing .you want views it’s un paralleled. The rooms are small but effective .The food was a shocker .Worst in our 5weeks throughout Europe .Nice staff
A most beautiful restaurant in a wonderful setting worth every penny. We stopped at the Agrotursimo hotel of the same name and had an evening meal and breakfast here. The terrace is breathtaking, the hotel and restaurant is relaxed but 5* and friendly . Dazzling ..try it for a special treat ..book a terrace table.
We had dinner on the terrace of the restaurant from where we enjoyed the breathtaking panorama that projected us in a dimension absolutely distant from the reality of every day. dishes and wine at the height of the location.
We found each other well, but I have to put only stars because we've had a room on the top floor, where all the windows are and seems to be closed in a bunker room.
