"I attended The Coniston Hotel for a catch up with friends and to watch an MMA fight on the big screen. It was a hot day and we sat on a table with great views and airy location. I was expecting pub food but it...looked and tasted like fine dining. The atmosphere was relaxed and the crowds were from all walks of life. "Had been told about this pub by a few people so we decided to venture on up and try it out. Gorgeous setting and nice decor inside the hotel. Several large areas for you to sit. Prices were a little high I thought, 69 for...one shared entree and 2 main meals. Food was ok but not fantastic. I had the chicken schnitzel and hubby had the pork ribs and we shared the fried haloumi sticks and they were scrumptious!!! Overall I would recommend a visit but I was not as overwhelmed as I'd hoped I would be"
