Starbucks - Fillmore

The young lady who took my order was pure sun. She greeted me with a big smile. She was polite, polite, real. On the other hand, the young lady who made the icy (min) coffee filled it 3/4 full of ice cream, no creamier. When I asked for cream, she tried to pour in an ice-filled vente cream and flew the coffee to the counter. Did she offer to wipe my cup? No. She never looked at me, no greeting, no respect. Worse experience.

Dom made me feel like an esteemed customer beyond and beyond to feel welcome and to additional requests, service was fast despite a lot.

It was very busy, very early, but the guy on the drive through the window was very nice and professional.

I just wanted to say that this place was always one of my favorites! The staff is always incredible, but especially last month! I have done this twice (total by chance) I have thought in a mobile order that I could go in to pick it up and came to realize that the lobby is closed by 5:30. Not only one of the really sweet employees came out to help me, she realized that I didn't pass my truck through the ride and both times went out of my order! Just so friendly and so over the top! The morning crew deserves a love!

Good service, bathroom could use freshen up. Drinks were good, tables clean--not too crowded after lunch visit.
