I will give this place a second try... my entree (chilaquiles with two fried eggs, refried beans and breakfast potatoes) was a bit too salty. But the portions were good, service was great, and I loved the colorful and inviting atmosphere. View all feedback.
What Jose Cruz doesn't like about Vallarta:
Horrible service. Server was rude and causing the whole time. Our party got no silverware, napkins and some of our food was incomplete. S/o to josefina who came out of the kitchen to give us a much better service. View all feedback.
Absolutely adore this quaint family restaurant. Food and Service are the ?best! I had the pork carnitas plate, and my bestie had that ginormous chimichanga, lol... We both took some home. Authentic, family run, delicious Mexican restaurant. We really liked the food. Fillmore is s lovely little town.
I recently drove up to Santa Paula and stopped at Vallarta on the way. Great service, food, and parking! Best Mexican/Seafood in the valley for sure.

Awesome Hideaway in Fillmore, California. Food is consistently wonderful. It’s worth the drive!
