Villa Malla - Filtvet

Awesome location architecture that is not be expected in Norway. BUT food is terrible. Expensive buffet only, almost all the items were too dry and tasteless. Not recommended!!

What and incredible experience, such a peaceful place with impressive eating. I had an open buffet for lunch and was blown away. each dish is perfectly prepared, perfectly balanced. only two options were meat, the rest was completely vegetarian and about 70% was vegan (some options use milk and eggs). I came in the early year, so I can only imagine how perfect this would be in the summer.
