Wendy's - Findlay

I'd like to thank the young girl that was working the front counter tonight at your location around 730-8! I came in with my 3 residents and it's very confusing handling money and sorting orders and she was very patient and kind with us. She was quick to greet customers and was just all around friendly, she made my night just a little bit better with her extra effort to help me out.

The cashier lady was very nice had a good persona, my Dave double was synthetically stacked and wrapped like candy wrapper, spicy chicken was good thick patty. I appreciate these little things I thank those employees for doing their best! Best sandwich I've had in awhile, and best Wendy's I've been to for sure. 4/2/22 3:59pm.

After spending 20-25 minutes in line at the other Wendy’s in town for a frosty (we were never served, sat at the order monitor for 3-4 minutes with no response), we drive across town for this Wendy’s. Our order was taken here immediately with no line, the receipt says Dalton, whoever served us (a woman) was very polite and joked with us. Very grateful for the quick service.

5 stars ! Justin and his crew’s customer service was beyond exception. Their professionalism was outstanding and treated their customers above and beyond execpection! Thank you !

To whondys is as if you eat in the ground yourself. they stay in the drive-thru line likely as long as they take to make their own hamburger, they are always out of things that I just don’t understand why wendy takes so long to get them to eat, it’s fast eating that I think right? just good what I could say about wendy’s on blanchard, is that dave is the greatest worker, because he always helps out. go away!
