in florence the fame of the ice creams has it vivali, but this ice cream shop does not stay behind. handmade and very close to the duomo, the gelateria dei neri has everything: good price, better quality. if you are looking for good Italian ice cream, this is one of the places you should try them. Also, very close you will find the tavernetta della signoria, one of the restaurants I recommend in florence. View all feedback.
We tried 4 or 5 gelato places in Florence, and for my taste this had the best vegan options, with soy- and rice-based flavors as well as the usual sorbets.
