Went here for lunch today and discovered a very special restaurant with freshly cooked fish, light and crunchy tempura and delicious sushi the best I've eaten in Florence. The service was quick and the waiters kind and affable. I particularly liked the decor the beautifully restored ancient wooden doors and carefully selected works of Japanese art. The restaurant is beautiful with a very warm and inviting atmosphere. Nigiri and sashimi excellent with delicious tuna. The sushi and maki could have been better. The rice was too sticky and seemed glued together. Anyway it is a place that can be recommended. It's absolutely value for money View all feedback.
