3/1/22 5:24pm, Anson was the server. HORRIBLE! asked for ranch dressing because it wasn't in the bag. He said it was and argued with us. There was supposed to be 3, he threw his hands up after tossing us 1 and telling us to look in the bag. We drove around front, no ranch, went inside and asked for 2 more ranch, again, met by this employee who continued to argue with us and toss his hands in the air. Arrived home to find our fries ROCK HARD, I wear braces and could not eat them, not exaggerating. It's terrible to be treated like this, pay good money for your food and half of the order is not edible.
