The fish is amazing! At all the Culver's I've visited they've always made the fish to order, fresh!!! The bathroom floors se to be very wet late evenings but they are likely getting ready for deck brushing or sometime at close bc it is late and close to that time View all feedback.

Took 20 minutes to get our order. I had to ask if it was still coming. No apologies whatsoever for the wait after spending $25.90 for two meals. Do better Culver's. View all feedback.
The BEST Culver’s ever. I literally went around the round about twice thinking “should i go there today?” And decided yes i want chicken tenders and the people absolutely made my day. Hats off to Ian for being the best employee I’ve ever met. Made my day. 100% best experience ever. Posting this on 1/21/23
I don’t go to Culver’s often due to it being of the most expensive fast food joints out there. Sure that’s justified with the service, quality of food, and location typically. 10/27/22 I came after work and had ordered two burgers, two 4 pieces, and 2 cheese curds. I got home and found that I was missing part of my order. So brought the entire order back to the joint to get my ordered food. I asked for the order to be remade because it was getting cold and the cashier questioned my request. The manager did not though and understood where I was coming from. So about 40 minutes of driving to get something that was on the way home from work, 20 minutes waiting between the drive through and in the lobby. The only saving factor of this interaction was the management. My order was corrected in very few minutes (maybe in the lobby for 5 minutes after returning) and the manager apologized and told me to have a great night. That is HUGE in this industry. I applaud him taking it on the way he did. So while I may not be reimbursed for my wasted time, I am thankful to most of your staff for being so kind.
Food is always great, but the service tonight was sub-par. Did an online order for pickup, took the food home and realized we didn’t receive our gluten free burger. Called and spoke to someone, he apologized about the mistake and asked if I could drive up there again, and we would get some coupons. Went back told the front workers we didn’t get our burger; had to wait about 6 or 7 minutes for this single burger. Employee apologized about the wait but didn’t apologize about having to come back for incorrect order. At that point I wasn’t even going to ask about coupons because I wanted to get home. If the person I talked to on the phone really wanted to make a difference he would have told the front employee taking orders or something along those lines. I guess it’s on me some for not checking the bag, but yet again I’m paying for a service to have the order correct. With all of the employees they had working it seemed like it was pretty careless. We won’t be back for awhile, and it’s a shame. Just too many other options around here where you don’t deal with issues like this.

Very courteous employees. Stands out against other restaurants. Fast service. I love their Concrete Mixers. The Fried Fish Dinner was really good. I had Walleye which isn't easy to find here. Loved the fries.
