I live in the area and regularly order pizza from this place. Their quoted pick-up times are always correct, no matter how busy they get, their staff was very friendly for the most part (better last year or so), and the pizza is by far my favorite when it comes to chain pizza joints. Called 5 times after they said pizza was delivered. Delivery person delivered to wrong address across the street. Lives here for 10 years and that has never happened. Staff didn?t care and said it was not their issue and it was door dash even though Iordered through donatos website. Pizza and wings were cold and could get a manager back on phone. View all feedback.
