What Stephania Borer likes about Steak n' Shake:
Steak and Shake do not have the Crispy chicken combo nor the chipotle sauce. Thier menu not only changed but they took away a lot of items. Not to mention they were out of hot dogs today View all feedback.

Awful costumer service. Ordered a meal for my child and was just asked if that was it. Didnt ask what to drink or anything. Got to the window and the man at the window was very rude. He has no idea how to treat costumers. He stood there doing nothing for a good 5 minutes and watched his boss run around.
