Steak and Shake do not have the Crispy chicken combo nor the chipotle sauce. Thier menu not only changed but they took away a lot of items. Not to mention they were out of hot dogs today View all feedback.

Awful costumer service. Ordered a meal for my child and was just asked if that was it. Didnt ask what to drink or anything. Got to the window and the man at the window was very rude. He has no idea how to treat costumers. He stood there doing nothing for a good 5 minutes and watched his boss run around. Ecer time I am this steak and shake I am disappointed, I will not go back here I was going out, and I ordered a big wobble ring it wasn't big and they just put in a red plastic cup the milkshake was I was just getting over half full and when I saw the dame said they didn't have any whipped cream their machine broken when I was breaking my eating rude I am
Great experience. eating came fast and fresh. absolutely delicious. do not expect it to be a steak and shake, but they have made almost food right!
Very ingenious place, I even had time to get a loud burp in the bathroom lol in all seriousness was the service fantastic
I would give a zero if possible. that was the dirty steak n shake I've ever been. the bathroom was disgusting. that said the staff was nice.
