What Jeff C doesn't like about IL Forno Restaurant:
Just spent $37.00 on a fisherman's plate. Received one small, over fried piece of haddock that fit in the palm of my hand Also, three scallops and 2 fried shrimp. Way over priced for what you receive. View all feedback.
Four old friends meet to get to know each other again and catch up with life. Our waitress, Carrie was wonderful and very accommodating. We didn't care about the garlic bread at all, but the food was excellent!!!! We would definitely go back. The left were also great!

If that licks my record is wrong, I don't want to be right! These people love food! They are enthusiastic and detailed about what comes from their kitchen! Each course we ordered was carefully prepared! I started with filled mushrooms with lobster sauce... the sauce had real lobster bites in it, the sauce was perfect to suck up with the free garlic bread. My husband had the Arancini, he said it was good. My anree was the parm fighting salmon with crab ravioli in a scampi sauce, it was an incredible dish! The sauce was amazing! My husband ordered the sausage cacciator, spicy... he had such a dish many decades ago and hunted it for... Today his spicy cacciatore dreams came true! The portions are very large and we had enough leftovers for extra meals at home. The service was attentive and excellent, not afraid to offer recommendations and to fulfill special requests. We will be back!!!
Service was very pleasant. 80s music playing soft in the background was great. It was a special treat for me tonight with Rib Eye and Scallops Special and a drink. Lobster Pasta especially for my wife. Aubergine sticks as an app. Drinks: well made and fast apps: piping hot and tasty Lobster Pasta: My wife was only about 6.5, but ended every bite. Ribeye and Scallops: Everyone out there who gets fillet instead of Steak Filet remains on the fillet. It was the first time you tried a ribeye. I'm staying at the fillet. Carrots had to be cooked more. Potatoes and gravity were good. The scallops were dry and really boiled over. Recommendation: Try the eggplant sticks and stay with the fillet. Take Out Update: I have the special steak tips and Carbonara to go the other night. My wife ordered little salad and an app. Everything was good, except the overcooked steak tips. Bummer. Also waited for my food a long time after I paid for it. I finally asked, "Are you sure it's not ready?" I swear, one of the people said it was good. She went back and got her. How long would I have waited?
Mozzarella wedges were amazing! I ordered the tortellini with shallots, ham and peas and it was very good. The cream sauce was very heavy but delicious. My wife ordered the lobster ravioli and it was loaded with lobster. We got some desserts to go. The cannolis were out of some of the best I've ever had.
