the service was absolutely terrible, the bartender was rude to my friend and me when we went up to him. we had to ask the staff to send someone to change our coals or give us some tongs so that we could do it ourselves and nobody ever came. we asked 4 different employees. it wasn't even so busy and it was a terrible experience overall.
