Pho 54 Mandalay Bay is a great location on Brunswick when staying at the Quest Royal Gardens and being a late restaurant it is open when other locations are closed. The staff are super friendly and it is quirky that you order food on an iPad - loved it.Food is good although the sizzling beef chef suggestion we had on second visit was average. Great to know that it is BYO too. read more.
