Good coffee. cornetti were ok. Three stars for the customer service. Ordered normal cappuccino, was served cappuccino chiaro (less coffee, more milk). The barista agreed to prepare a normal one for me, but served the first drink to another client who asked for normal cappuccino as well. Why to serve somebody a different drink and not the one they ordered? Does not happen in other bars in Rome. View all feedback.

We took double espresso and it was so bitter that we just put it in thrash... Skip this coffehouse if possible

The barista served one person with the 4 ordered cups of coffee, without any lids and with no carton base because they had run out. It was a pity I didn 't have...
